Thank you for providing the community with such fabulous Resources.
My only problem with it was the word format, since I don't have Office installed on my home computer. A friend put it into pdf format for me, but that got a bit garbled. Another friend tried it in Open Office, but that didn't work, either. I opened it at work and saved it as a web page, which works great. If you would like the web page format in a zip file, I'll be glad to send it to you.
